We are happy to accept returns/exchanges in their original condition within 21 days from the date of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs. Sale or promotional items are refund to store credit only. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges for international orders.

We currently offer FREE UK exchanges. Please reach out to our team for a returns label. 

Start your return/exchange here. To ensure your return is successful, please note the following eligibility requirements:

  • Items must be in their original condition with tags and hygiene strips in tact. Always wear underwear when trying on garments. We inspect every item carefully and will reject any returns not in their original condition.
  • Returns must be posted back within 21 days of receiving your order. We are unable to refund any returns sent back outside of this period. Late returns will be returned to the customer and you will be liable for return postage.
  • Returns are subject to a £3 return fee that is deducted from the refund. This does not apply to exchange or store credit
  • Sale items are refund to store credit only. JUNK YARD items or anything marked as final sale are non returnable.
  • Items must be safely packed to avoid damage in transit and the return request logged via our returns portal. By purchasing from JUNK LDN, you agree to our return policy terms.



Please be mindful when ordering large volumes via Klarna with the intention of returning it all as this is costly to a small business. Customers who have a high return rate (via Klarna) may be subject to 5% total deduction from the refund to cover Klarna fees we have paid. If you need assistance with sizing please email or use our free exchanges.

Please always use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. Once received to our fulfilment centre, you will be notified by email that your return has began processing and your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 - 21 business days. Start your return here. When returning items from outside of the UK we highly recommend using a service that provides tracking as we cannot refund lost returns. Returns must have a customs form attached on the outside of the parcel marked 'returned goods' and follow the conditions above. International returns are subject to a £3 restock fee that will be deducted from the refund.


Refused / Unclaimed International orders
Any international orders that are returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, unclaimed post or refused by the customer will be refunded via store credit only. We are unable to refund any International orders rejected by the customer. We are unable to issue credit / refund for refused orders that are not returned to us by the postal service. Once the items are returned to us, we will issue you a store credit via email.


Lost Returns

Unfortunately, if the return is lost in the post we are unable to process the refund. We highly recommend using a tracked service and obtaining a proof of postage. In the rare event that the return is lost, you will be able to claim the cost back from the postal service used with your proof of postage.
