We ship to most countries globally. Your order will be dispatched within 1 - 3 business days and you will receive your tracking via email/sms once your order has been shipped. 

We are based in the United Kingdom, and all our orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. If you ordering from outside of the UK, your order may be subject to additional duties & taxies. Please refer to terms & conditions below for more information.

Terms & Conditions for International Orders, Duties & Taxes Information:

U.S. Orders – Customs & Duties
Due to recent changes to global tariffs, duties are now payable on all orders shipped to the USA, regardless of order value. To provide full transparency, duties are included at checkout, meaning there will be no additional taxes or fees to pay upon delivery.

EU Orders – Customs & Duties
Prices do not include duties and taxes. Your order may be subject to additional charges once it arrives in the EU. In most EU countries, orders under €150 are exempt from customs duties but may still be subject to VAT and handling fees, depending on your country. We strongly recommend checking these fees in advance to avoid any surprises. Unfortunately, if these fees are not paid prior to delivery, your order will be classed as rejected and returned to us. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions below regarding refused orders. We are currently working on integrating these fees into the checkout process and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Refused or Unclaimed International Orders
If an international order is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, refusal, or unclaimed delivery, a £20 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return and handling costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed once the items are successfully returned to us. Please note that returned parcels can take time to reach us, depending on your local customs office, and refunds cannot be issued until the items are received.

Lost or Delayed International Orders
International shipping times vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. Once your order leaves the UK, it is handed over to your local postal service and we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control. In the rare event that a parcel is confirmed as lost, a refund for the item(s) only (excluding shipping costs) will be issued to the original payment method once an investigation has been completed and the parcel is deemed lost. International shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
