We ship worldwide. Your order will be dispatched within 1 - 3 business days and you will receive your tracking via email/sms once your order has been shipped. We are based in the United Kingdom, and all our orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. If you ordering from outside of the UK, your order may be subject to additional duties & taxies. Please see below for more information:

U.S. Orders – Customs & Duties Information Update 2025:

All our swimwear is made in Indonesia and shipped from our UK warehouse. For U.S. customers, orders under $800 USD are covered by the Section 321 de minimis exemption, meaning no U.S. import duties or tariffs will apply. Your order will be delivered without additional customs charges, as long as your order value is below this amount. Thank you for your ongoing support!

EU Orders – Customs & Duties Information:

Please note that prices do not include duties and taxes. Your order may be subject to additional charges once it arrives in the EU. We highly recommend checking these fees ahead of time to avoid any surprises. Generally, orders under €150 are exempt from customs duties; however, they may still be subject to VAT and handling fees, depending on your country. We're working on integrating these fees into the checkout process and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

Refused or Unclaimed International Orders

For international orders returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, unclaimed post, or refusal by the customer, refunds will be subject to a £20 fee to cover the cost of the rejected items that will be deducted from the refund. Once the returned items are received back to us, we will issue the refund back to the original payment method.Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for rejected international orders. Once the returned items are received, a store credit will be emailed to you.
