JUNK LDN LTD reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please contact info@junkldn.com if you have any questions about the below information.
SHIPPING POLICY
OUR SHIPPING PROCESS
We Ship worldwide with the exclusion of the EU, due to the new GPSR regulations, shipping to the EU is temporarily paused.
All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. A shipping email/sms will be sent to the contact details provided once your order has been dispatched.
Prices are not inclusive of import duties and taxes. Any import duties and taxes for international orders must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as import tax policies vary by country. For more information on custom charges, taxes and rates in your country, it is recommended to contact your local customs office before purchase.
POSTAL CHARGES
Postal charges are calculated at checkout depending on your location. Any postage charges are non-refundable once the item has been shipped.
CUSTOM / IMPORT FEES
Any import duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs. If custom fee's are not paid, the order will be returned to us & refunded to the customer via store credit only.
UK RETURNS POLICY
We are happy to accept returns/exchanges in their original condition within 21 days from the date of delivery for a refund. Sale items with a 50% or more discount are refund to store credit only. This excludes items marked as 'final sale' which are non returnable. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns.
Get a 10% bonus with store credit. We currently offer a 10% bonus for any returns refunded via store credit. The additional amount will be added to your credit which can be used until the balance runs out. This excludes sale items.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
- Item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and hygiene strips in tact.
- Returns must be logged via our Returns Portal
- Returns must be posted back within 21 days of receiving your order. We are unable to refund any returns sent back outside of this period. Late returns will be returned to the customer on a second class postal service.
- Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer free returns.
- If you are choosing to use your own postage method: Always use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
- Sale items with a 50% discount are eligible for store credit only.
EU RETURN POLICY
Due to the new GPSR regulations for the EU coming into affect on December 12th, we will no longer be accepting returns for EU customers from December 12th 2024.
INTERNATIONAL 21 DAY RETURN POLICY
The same 21-day return policy above applies for a full refund. Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges for international customers.

RETURN PROCESS
Once we receive your return at our fulfillment center, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed after the return has been received.
REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED ORDERS
For international orders returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, unclaimed post, or refusal by the customer, refunds will be subject to a £20 fee to cover the cost of the rejected items that will be deducted from the refund. Once the returned items are received back to us, we will issue the refund back to the original payment method.
LOST RETURNS
To avoid the risk of lost returns, always use a tracked postal service and retain proof of postage. If your return is lost in transit and you can provide proof of postage, we may be able to issue a refund or store credit. Unfortunately, if you have used your own postal service and cannot provide a proof of postage we may not be able to assist you if the return is lost in the post.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. This is only possible if your order is still processing and has not been dispatched. Please email info@junkldn.com with your order number should you wish to cancel your order. However, if your order has been dispatched you will need to return the order to us following the standard returns guide – all returns are paid for by the customer.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a faulty item, please contact info@junkldn.com as soon as possible to notify us. We may ask you to provide photographs. We will offer you a replacement for the faulty item or offer to cover the cost of returning the faulty item to us for a full refund.
UNDELIVERABLE POST & MISSING ITEMS
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to us. We will give you the option to receive the item again or cancel & receive a full refund (minus shipping costs). If the item has been lost in the post & not returned to us, we will replace the item for you or offer a refund via store credit if the items are no longer available. You must make us aware that you have not received your items within 30 days of placing the order.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
We are not responsible if your item is undelivered due to incorrect address details provided by you. We are unable to provide you with a replacement or refund if incorrect details have been provided so please take care to double check the postal address before placing your order.

The JUNK LDN mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by JUNK LDN (“JUNK LDN”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to JUNK LDN’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of JUNK LDN through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with JUNK LDN. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to JUNKLDN or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other JUNK LDN mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
