Quality Guarantee
Did you know we offer an 18 month quality guarantee on all our swimwear? This means that if anything happens to your items during this period we will cover the cost to repair it for you.
Although we are super confident that with a little care from you, our swimwear will last you for years to come, we know that swimwear faces the elements more than most garments and want to give you peace of mind with your purchase.
To ensure your swimwear stays feeling fabulous please always carefully follow our care instructions; Hand-wash only. Always rinse your swimwear with cold water after use and contact with chlorine and salt water as these are cleaning agents. Leave to dry flat in the shade. Never machine wash your swimwear and avoid rough surfaces.
What's covered:
- General wear and tear, including loose stitching, stitching coming undone, or tears in the fabric.
- Underwire damage, such as underwires poking through the fabric, coming out of their protective casing, or causing damage to the fabric.
- Fabric wear and tear, like holes in the fabric.
- If you notice something else that is not listed here please reach out to our team with a photo - info@junkldn.com. We may reject any faults that we consider to be caused by the customer and not wear and tear of the item.
What's not covered:
- Fabric pulling - avoid rough surfaces and never put swimwear through the washer/dryer to prevent damage to the fabric.
- Colour fading/discolouration – Swimwear may naturally fade slightly over time due to UV exposure (we don't use nasty chemical dyes!) Always rinse your swimwear after use in chlorine/salt water and let it dry flat in the shade.
- Marks or stains on the fabric - be careful with tanning lotions/oil as these can stain the fabric.
- Items purchased in the JUNK YARD or sale items marked as 'Final Sale' are excluded from the 18-month quality guarantee.
How it works:
If you notice any covered issues; then email us with your order number and a photo of the item to info@junkldn.com
Once approved, you can take your swimwear to a tailor of your choice, obtain a receipt/proof of purchase, and we will reimburse the cost of the repair.
