This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of purchasing on Junkldn.com
Our shipping process
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you have placed your order. Items will be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days. Once dispatched you will receive an updated shipping email (with tracking information if you are an international customer) Please visit our shipping & returns page for information on delivery times.
For postal charges please visit our shipping & returns page. All postage charges are non-refundable once the item has been shipped.
We accept unwashed, unworn and undamaged garments, with tags and hygiene liners attached, for a full refund within 14 days from delivery date. The postage/shipping costs are deducted from the refund. Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund on any items, unless faulty without the hygiene liner attached. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a returns/exchange request. We will then email you an exchange/returns form, returns address and posting instructions. Unfortunately we are unable to offer freepost returns and it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return. Please ensure your items are securely wrapped so no damage can be caused to the item and the exchange form must be enclosed. When sending the parcel back, please make sure you obtain a proof of postage certificate. Please note if the above conditions are not met we are sadly unable to process your return or refund you.
As of the 08/10/2021 we no longer accept returns on any sale items. These items are listed under our 'SALE' section on our website.
If your item arrives back to us outside of the 14 days, we will ask you to provide a proof of postage receipt that shows you posted it back within the 14 day timeframe. Any items that were posted outside of the 14 days will be returned to the customer & not refunded.
When returning items from outside of the UK please contact email@example.com & we will email you an exchange/returns form and posting instructions. Customers will be asked to use a shipping service or courier that provides tracking. Returns must have a customs form attached on the outside of the parcel and follow the conditions above. Junk LDN is not liable to pay customs, duty and/or vat incurred on returned items. If the customer does not cover these costs, they will be deducted from your refund. Please mark your international return as "uk returned goods".
Cancellation of Orders
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. This is only possible if your order is still processing and has not been dispatched. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number should you wish to cancel your order. However, if your order has been dispatched you will need to return the order to us following the standard returns guide – all returns are paid for by the customer.
Faulty ItemsEach item is carefully hand checked before being sent to you, so we really hope you never experience a faulty item. If you do notice a fault or have received an incorrect item, please contact email@example.com as soon as you notice the fault. Once we receive the faulty item back, you will be refunded in full including any postage charges.
Undeliverable posts & missing items
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to us. We will give you the option to receive the item again or cancel & receive a full refund (minus shipping costs) If the item has been lost in the post & not returned to us, we will replace the item for you or provide you with a credit note. You must make us aware that you have not received your items within 60 days of placing the order.Incorrect addressWe are not responsible if your item is undelivered due to incorrect address details provided by you.
Return Items that go missing in the post.
JUNK LDN is not responsible for any return items that go missing in the post. We always recommend that you use a tracked and signed service to avoid this from happening. In the event that any items do go missing in the post, please provide us with your proof of postage and we will give you a credit note to the value of your order.
