SHIPPING POLICY
OUR SHIPPING PROCESS
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you have placed your order. Items will be dispatched within 2 - 5 working days. Once dispatched you will receive an updated shipping email (with tracking information if you are an international customer) Please visit our shipping & returns page for information on delivery times.
POSTAL CHARGES
For postal charges please visit our shipping & returns page. All postage charges are non-refundable once the item has been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
All international orders will be provided with a tracking number within 48 hours of dispatch. Please keep in mind all delivery times are estimate only & will depend on your country's custom processes. Once shipped, delivery is out of our control & we cannot be held responsible for delays with customs or third party postal services. Please note due to Brexit, orders to Europe will be subject to custom fees.
CUSTOM / IMPORT FEES
Any import duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs. If custom fee's are not paid, the order will be returned to us & refunded to the customer via store credit once the item is received back to us.
UK RETURNS POLICY
We accept unwashed, unworn and undamaged garments, with tags and hygiene liners attached, for a refund or exchange within 14 days from receipt of the item for UK orders only. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free post returns and it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return postage.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Items must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order. Any late returns will be sent back to the customer and not refunded.
- Any shipping/postage fees are deducted from the refund.
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unsoiled.
- All Tags and hygiene strips must be in tact. Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund without these attached.
- All sale items with a 20% or more discount are exchange only or refundable to store credit.
- We reserve the right to deny any refunds if the item returned does not meet the above requirements.
SALE ITEMS
All sale items with a 20% or more discount are exchange or refundable to store credit only. Exchanges must for the same style / value of the original order. Any shipping fees/postage is deducted from the store credit.
LATE RETURNS
If your item arrives back to us outside of the 14 days, we will ask you to provide a proof of postage receipt that shows you posted it back within the 14 day timeframe. Any items that were posted outside of the 14 days will be returned to the customer & not refunded.
LOST RETURNS
JUNK LDN is not responsible for any returns that are lost in the post if the customer has not used a tracked and signed service. Please always obtain a proof of postage for any returns. In the event that a return is lost the customer will be asked to provide a proof of postage. Without a proof of postage receipt we are unable to process any return. If the return is not located after 28 working days, as long as the customer has provided a proof of postage we will refund the order via store credit.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept unworn, unwashed & unsoiled items for a refund within 14 days from delivery. Items must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order. Any late returns will be sent back to the customer and not refunded. We do not currently offer exchanges for international orders unless the customer wishes to pay the exchange postage via Paypal.
When returning items from outside of the UK please contact info@junkldn.com & we will email you the returns address and posting instructions. We do not offer free post returns for international orders. Customers will be asked to use a shipping service or courier that provides tracking. Returns must have a customs form attached on the outside of the parcel marked 'returned goods' and follow the conditions above. We are not liable to pay customs, duty and/or vat incurred on returned items.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. This is only possible if your order is still processing and has not been dispatched. Please email info@junkldn.com with your order number should you wish to cancel your order. However, if your order has been dispatched you will need to return the order to us following the standard returns guide – all returns are paid for by the customer.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you receive a faulty item, please contact info@junkldn.com as soon as possible to notify us. We may ask you to provide photographs. We will offer you a replacement for the faulty item or offer to cover the cost of returning the faulty item to us for a full refund.
UNDELIVERABLE POST & MISSING ITEMS
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to us. We will give you the option to receive the item again or cancel & receive a full refund (minus shipping costs) If the item has been lost in the post & not returned to us, we will replace the item for you or offer a refund via store credit. You must make us aware that you have not received your items within 30 days of placing the order.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
We are not responsible if your item is undelivered due to incorrect address details provided by you. We are unable to provide you with a replacement or refund if incorrect details have been provided so please take care to double check the postal address before placing your order.

By consenting to JUNK LDN’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of JUNK LDN through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with JUNK LDN. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to JUNKLDN or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other JUNK LDN mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
