SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to most countries worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking via email/SMS as soon as your order is on its way.

UK SHIPPING

Express Delivery (1–2 business days) — £5
Standard Delivery (2–4 business days) — £2.95

Royal Mail Safe Place Deliveries

Royal Mail now automatically opts parcels in for Safe Place delivery. If you would prefer to opt out or choose your preferred Safe Place, you can manage this through the Royal Mail app when you receive your tracking.

Delivering to an apartment or flat?

Couriers may leave parcels with reception, in lobbies, post rooms or other designated communal delivery areas, rather than delivering directly to your door.

Please ensure your delivery location is secure. JUNK LDN cannot accept liability for parcels lost or stolen after delivery to a Safe Place you have authorised.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Shipping rates and any applicable duties & taxes are calculated at checkout, with no unexpected fees on delivery.

Express Shipping — 2–3 business days
Standard Shipping — 3–7 business days

USA TARRIFS (DUTIES)

Due to recent changes to global tariffs, duties are now payable on all orders shipped to the USA, regardless of order value. To keep things simple and transparent, all applicable duties are included at checkout, so there will be no additional fees to pay upon delivery.

EU TAXES AND DUTIES

All applicable taxes and duties are displayed at checkout. Orders under €150 have a flat-rate duty charge of €3 per item, which is included in the shipping cost at checkout. For orders over €150, duties are calculated and displayed at checkout. There will be no additional duties, taxes or unexpected fees to pay upon delivery.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

All international orders are shipped with Fedex DDP (Delivery duties paid) duties are collected at checkout and are non refundable. Please note that international shipping costs are also non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
