We currently ship worldwide *Excluding the EU and Northern Ireland, please see below for more information. Orders will be dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking information to the contact details provided.
Our company is based in the United Kingdom and we ship all orders from our UK warehouse. If you are ordering from outside of the UK, your order may be subject to additional custom fee's and taxes. Please see below for more information.

International Orders
Customs Duties and Taxes
Prices shown on our website do not include import duties or taxes. If you’re ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to local VAT and import charges. These fees are determined by your country’s customs policies and must be paid by the recipient. To avoid surprises, we recommend checking your local customs website for applicable charges before placing your order.
We are actively working to include these fees at checkout soon and apologise for any inconvenience caused by additional costs for international orders.
EU & Northern Ireland Orders
Due to upcoming General Product Safety Regulations effective December 13th, 2024, we will temporarily stop shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland.
We are committed to finding a solution and resuming shipping as soon as possible. This restriction does not apply to Switzerland, Norway, and Iceland.
Refused or Unclaimed International Orders
For international orders returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, unclaimed post, or refusal by the customer, refunds will be subject to a £20 fee to cover the cost of the rejected items that will be deducted from the refund. Once the returned items are received back to us, we will issue the refund back to the original payment method.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide cash refunds for rejected international orders. Once the returned items are received, a store credit will be emailed to you.
