This document sets out the Terms and Conditions governing purchases made on www.junkldn.com and with JUNK LDN LTD

Shipping Policy
We ship to most countries worldwide. All orders are shipped from our UK warehouse and are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS using the contact information provided at checkout.
UK Shipping
UK Express Delivery is 1 to 2 business days and costs £5. UK Standard Delivery is 2 to 4 business days and costs £2.95. UK delivery is free on orders over £100.
Worldwide Shipping
International shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, courier handovers, customs processing, and local postal services. Once your order leaves the UK, it may be handled by international carriers and your local postal service, and we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.
Postal Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the service selected. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
International Delivery, Customs, Duties and Taxes
All international orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. Prices do not include import duties, VAT, customs charges, or handling fees unless otherwise stated at checkout. Any applicable duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid prior to delivery. We have no control over these charges as import tax policies vary by country, and we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure of the costs.
U.S. Orders, Customs and Duties
Due to recent changes to worldwide tariffs, duties are now payable on all orders shipped to the USA regardless of order value. To provide transparency, duties are included at checkout, meaning there should be no additional taxes or fees to pay upon delivery.
EU Orders, Customs and Duties
Prices do not include duties and taxes and your order may be subject to additional charges once it arrives in the EU. In most EU countries, orders under €150 are generally exempt from customs duties but may still be subject to VAT and handling fees depending on your country. We strongly recommend checking these fees in advance to avoid any surprises. Unfortunately, if these fees are not paid prior to delivery, your order will be classed as rejected, and you should refer to our Terms and Conditions below regarding refused or unclaimed orders. We are currently working on integrating these fees into the checkout process and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Refused or Unclaimed International Orders
If an international order is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel, a £20 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and return costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items are received by us. If the returned items are not received back at our warehouse for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Lost Parcels and Shipping Delays for International Orders
International shipping times vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. Once your order leaves the UK, it is handed over to your local postal service and we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control. In the rare event that a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will issue a refund for the item(s) only excluding shipping costs to the original payment method once an investigation has been opened and the parcel is deemed lost by the courier or postal service. International shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
Returns Policy
UK 28 Day Return Policy
We offer returns within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund excluding original shipping costs, subject to the conditions outlined below:
- Please must be logged via our Returns Portal
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and with all original tags and hygiene strips intact.
- Items not returned in their original condition will be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for a refund.
- For hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms with a broken or removed hygiene seal cannot be accepted.
- Returns must be posted back within 28 days of receiving your order. Returns posted back outside of this period may not be refunded.
- Sale items marked as 'sale: last chance' are refund via store credit only
- Refunds can only be refunded back to the original payment method used.
If you believe your item is faulty, please email clear photos to info@junkldn.com or upload photos via the returns portal under the “faulty item” section before returning it. Items returned without prior notification of a fault may not be eligible for a refund. Any items returned outside of our return policy will be returned to the customer, will not be refunded, and the customer will be responsible for any return postage costs.
UK Return Shipping
We do not currently offer free returns. Return labels can be purchased via our Returns Portal. If you choose to return using your own shipping method, you must use a tracked service and retain proof of postage.
International 28 Day Return Policy
We accept international returns within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund excluding original shipping costs, subject to the conditions outlined above. Duties and taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unsoiled, and returned with all original tags and hygiene seals intact. Returns must be posted back within 28 days of delivery and returns sent outside of this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.
International Return Shipping
We are currently unable to offer exchanges for international customers and we do not offer free international returns. When returning orders from outside of the UK, please use a tracked service, keep your proof of postage, and ensure the parcel is correctly marked as returned goods on the customs declaration.
Lost Returns
Customers are responsible for returned items until they are received by us. To reduce the risk of loss, we strongly recommend using a tracked return service and retaining proof of postage. If a return is lost in transit and proof of postage can be provided, we may be able to offer a refund or store credit. If proof of postage cannot be provided, we may be unable to assist with a return that is lost in the post.
Faulty Items
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact info@junkldn.co as soon as possible. We may request photographs to assess the issue. Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, refund, or cover the cost of returning the faulty item where appropriate.
Undeliverable Post and Missing Items
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable may be returned to us. Once received, you may choose to have the order resent or refunded excluding shipping costs. If an order is confirmed lost in transit and not returned to us, we may offer a replacement, store credit or refund where the item is no longer available. Missing items must be reported to us within 30 days of placing the order.
Incorrect Address
We are not responsible if your order is undelivered due to incorrect address details provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. Orders sent to an incorrect address are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Cancellation of Orders
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items for any reason. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please email info@junkldn.com with your order number as soon as possible and we will issue a full refund.
If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, you must notify us of your cancellation within 14 days of receipt and return the items to us in accordance with our returns policy. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned items are received and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Mobile Messaging Terms
By opting into JUNK LDN’s SMS and mobile messaging service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from and on behalf of JUNK LDN to the mobile number you provided at checkout or during sign-up. Messages may include service related updates such as order confirmations, shipping notifications, account alerts, as well as promotional content including offers, reminders, and marketing messages.
Your consent to receive mobile messages is not a condition of purchase and participation in the service is entirely voluntary. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile network provider and you are solely responsible for any charges incurred.
You may opt out of the mobile messaging service at any time by replying STOP to any message or by using the unsubscribe link where available. Once you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

We may change the short code or telephone number used to operate the service at any time and will notify you where required. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by mobile carriers, network issues, or technical failures. To the extent permitted by law, JUNK LDN is not liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of messages or for any actions taken in reliance on the information provided through the service.
Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information collected through our mobile messaging service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
