We Ship worldwide. All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. A shipping email/sms will be sent to the contact details provided once your order has been dispatched. 

Prices are not inclusive of import duties and taxes. Any import duties and taxes for international orders must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as import tax policies vary by country. For more information on custom charges, taxes and rates in your country, it is recommended to contact your local customs. Any international orders that are rejected by the customer / returned due to unpaid custom fees are refund via store credit only.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All international orders will be provided with a tracking number within 48 hours of dispatch. Please keep in mind all delivery times are estimate only & will depend on your country's custom processes. Once shipped, delivery is out of our control & we cannot be held responsible for delays with customs or third party postal services. 

  

CUSTOM CHARGES FOR ORDERS TO THE EU

Since Brexit the UK is no longer part of the EU meaning import duties and taxes may be charged if you are ordering from the EU. Any import duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs.  

 

REFUSED / UNCLAIMED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Any international orders that are returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, unclaimed post or refused by the customer will be refunded via store credit only. We are unable to refund any International orders rejected by the customer. Once the items are returned to us, we will issue you a store credit via email.
