RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For hygiene reasons, please try on swimwear over underwear. We thoroughly check all returns and will reject any items that are marked or deemed unhygienic. Bikini bottoms with a broken or removed hygiene seal cannot be accepted.

28-DAY RETURN POLICY

We offer returns, free exchanges (UK Only) and store credit (+10% bonus) within 28 days of receiving your order, subject to the following terms:

  • Please log your return via our Returns Portal. Returns that are not logged through the portal may result in delays to your refund or exchange being processed.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and returned with all original tags, zip lock bags and hygiene strips intact. Items not returned in original condition will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.

  • Returns must be posted within 28 days of delivery. Returns sent after this may not be accepted.

  • Duties & Taxes charged on international orders are non-refundable.

  • Refunds, minus shipping and return label costs, are issued to the original payment method only.

RETURN COSTS

We currently offer Free UK Exchanges and returns for store credit. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer free returns for UK or International orders.

  • UK customers: £4 will be deducted from your refund.

  • USA customers: £20 will be deducted from your refund.

  • EU customers: £15 will be deducted from your refund.

  • AUS + NZ customers: £25 will be deducted from your refund.

  • Canada: £25 will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refused or Unclaimed Orders

If an international order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, being unclaimed, or refused, a £20 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return costs.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once items are received back to us.

 

Lost Returns

Please always keep your proof of postage until your return has been processed.

If your return is lost and you can provide proof of postage, we will be able to issue a refund/exchange or store credit. Without proof of postage, we may not be able to assist.

EU Right of Withdrawal
