RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For hygiene reasons, please try on swimwear over underwear. We thoroughly check all returns and will reject any items that are marked or deemed unhygienic. Bikini bottoms with a broken or removed hygiene seal cannot be accepted.
UK 28-Day Returns
We offer returns, exchanges and store credit within 28 days of receiving your order, subject to the following terms:
- Please log your return via our Returns Portal. Returns that are not logged through the portal may result in delays to your refund or exchange being processed.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and returned with all original tags and hygiene strips intact. Items not returned in original condition will not be refunded and will be sent back to you.
- Returns must be posted within 28 days of delivery. Returns sent after this may not be accepted.
- Refunds (minus shipping costs) are issued to the original payment method only.
Shipping
Unfortunately we do not currently offer free returns. Labels can be purchased via our Returns Portal. If using your own shipping method, please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage. Once received at our fulfilment centre, refunds are processed within 14 days.
International 28-Day Returns
We offer returns within 28 days of receiving your order for a refund (minus shipping, duties, and taxes), subject to the following terms:
- Please log your return via our Returns Portal.
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and returned with all original tags and hygiene strips intact. Bikini bottoms must have the hygiene seal intact.
- Returns must be posted within 28 days of delivery. Returns sent after this may not be accepted.
- Unfortunately do not currently offer exchanges or free returns for international orders.
Return Instructions for International customers:
Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.
You must attach a customs form marked “returned goods.” Missing or incorrect customs info may result in delays, loss, or additional fees, which we are not responsible for.
Any import duties or taxes charged on returned goods will be deducted from your refund.
Once received at our fulfilment centre, refunds are processed within 14 business days.
Refused or Unclaimed Orders
If an international order is returned due to unpaid customs fees, being unclaimed, or refused, a £20 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return costs.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once items are received back to us.
Lost Returns
Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage to avoid lost returns.
If your return is lost and you can provide proof of postage, we may be able to offer a refund or store credit. Without proof of postage, we may not be able to assist.
