This document sets out the Terms & Conditions of purchasing on www.junkldn.com 

JUNK LDN LTD reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please contact info@junkldn.com if you have any questions about the below information.

SHIPPING POLICY

OUR SHIPPING PROCESS

We Ship worldwide. All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days. A shipping email/sms will be sent to the contact details provided once your order has been dispatched. 

Prices are not inclusive of import duties and taxes. Any import duties and taxes for international orders must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as import tax policies vary by country. For more information on custom charges, taxes and rates in your country, it is recommended to contact your local customs office before purchase.

Import duties and taxes to Europe: Since the UK is no longer part of the EU, orders to Europe will be subject to import duties and taxes. Any international orders rejected by the customer / returned to us due to unpaid custom fee's are refund via store credit once we get the items back. 

POSTAL CHARGES

Postal charges are calculated at checkout depending on your location. Any postage charges are non-refundable once the item has been shipped. 

 

CUSTOM / IMPORT FEES

Any import duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs. If custom fee's are not paid, the order will be returned to us & refunded to the customer via store credit only.

 

UK RETURNS POLICY

We are happy to accept returns/exchanges in their original condition within 21 days from the date of delivery for a refund. Sale items are refund to store credit only. This excludes items marked as 'final sale' which are non returnable. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns.

Get a 10% bonus with store credit. We currently offer a 10% bonus for any returns refunded via store credit. The additional amount will be added to your credit which can be used until the balance runs out. This excludes sale items.

Start your return/exchange here. To ensure your return is successful, please note the following eligibility requirements:

  • Items must be in their original condition with tags and hygiene strips in tact.
  • Returns must be posted back within 21 days of receiving your order. We are unable to refund any returns sent back outside of this period. Late returns may be returned to the customer.
  • Sale items are refund to store credit only
  • JUNK YARD items or anything marked as (FINAL SALE) are non refundable. 
  • If no stock of the requested size is available at the time of receiving your exchange a refund will automatically be processed.
  • Shipping costs are deducted from the refund.
  • Items must be safely packed to avoid damage in transit and the return request logged via our returns portal.

 How to Return/Exchange

Visit our returns portal to start your return. Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer free post returns. Please always use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. Once received, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days. Thank you for shopping with us! ♡ 

      LOST RETURNS
      JUNK LDN is not responsible for any returns that are lost in the post. We highly recommend always using a tracked service. Please always obtain a proof of postage for any returns so that in the rare event they go missing in the post, the customer can reclaim this money back from the postal service used.

       

      INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

      We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. This excludes items purchased in the last chance & Junk yard sale which are non returnable. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns or exchanges. International returns that originally ordered with free shipping are subject to a £10 restock fee that will be deducted form the refund. This fee is removed if the refund is via store credit.

      Start your return here. When returning items from outside of the UK we highly recommend using a service that provides tracking as we cannot refund lost returns. Returns must have a customs form attached on the outside of the parcel marked 'returned goods' and follow the conditions above. 

      International Exchanges

      Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer exchanges for international orders unless the customer wishes to pay the exchange postage via Paypal, please reach out to info@junkldn.com

      Unclaimed International orders

      Any international orders that are returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or unclaimed post will be refunded to the customer via store credit only. We are unable to refund any International orders rejected by the customer.

      CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

      Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. This is only possible if your order is still processing and has not been dispatched. Please email info@junkldn.com with your order number should you wish to cancel your order. However, if your order has been dispatched you will need to return the order to us following the standard returns guide – all returns are paid for by the customer.

      FAULTY ITEMS

      If you receive a faulty item, please contact info@junkldn.com as soon as possible to notify us. We may ask you to provide photographs. We will offer you a replacement for the faulty item or offer to cover the cost of returning the faulty item to us for a full refund.

      UNDELIVERABLE POST & MISSING ITEMS 

      Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to us. We will give you the option to receive the item again or cancel & receive a full refund (minus shipping costs). If the item has been lost in the post & not returned to us, we will replace the item for you or offer a refund via store credit if the items are no longer available. You must make us aware that you have not received your items within 30 days of placing the order. 

      INCORRECT ADDRESS 

      We are not responsible if your item is undelivered due to incorrect address details provided by you. We are unable to provide you with a replacement or refund if incorrect details have been provided so please take care to double check the postal address before placing your order.

      The JUNK LDN mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by JUNK LDN (“JUNK LDN”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

      By consenting to JUNK LDN’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of JUNK LDN through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

      You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with JUNK LDN. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

      We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

      You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to JUNKLDN or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other JUNK LDN mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

      We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

      The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

      To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
