Shipping & Returns


We Ship worldwide. All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days. Once shipped, you will receive an updated shipping email. All items are currently shipped with the Royal Mail first class recorded & tracked for international orders. 



Any import duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs

United Kingdom: Royal mail 1st class signed service (Next working day delivery aim)

FREE for orders over £150

Europe: Royal mail tracked and signed (7 - 10 days delivery aim)

Rest of the world including New Zealand, Australia, Canada, USA: Royal mail tracked and signed (10 - 14 days delivery aim)

 Shipping fees are calculated at checkout


Delayed & Lost Orders

 Although rare, sometimes things do go missing in the post. Please let us know if you do not receive your order within the delivery time-frame and we will do everything we can to locate your order & ensure it is delivered to you. If we are unable to locate missing post after 21 days of dispatch - we will refund you in full or offer to send you a replacement order.



We accept unwashed, unworn and undamaged garments, with tags and hygiene liners attached, for a full refund within 14 days from receipt of the item.  Any postage/shipping costs are deducted from the refund. Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund on any items, unless faulty without the hygiene liner attached.



Please contact for any return requests. We will email you the returns address and posting instructions. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free post returns and it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return.

Please ensure your items are securely wrapped so no damage can be caused to the item and the exchange form must be enclosed. When sending the parcel back, please make sure you obtain a proof of postage certificate.

We highly recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible  for returns being lost in the post. Please note if the above conditions are not met we are sadly unable to process your return or refund you.



Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges currently. As a small business we hold limited amounts of stock and cannot guarantee your size will be in stock for an exchange. If you would like to exchange please follow the returns process above & then place a new order. 



If your item arrives back to us outside of the 14 days, we will ask you to provide a proof of postage receipt that shows you posted it back within the 14 day timeframe. Any items that were posted outside of the 14 days will be returned to the customer & not refunded. 



When returning items from outside of the UK please contact & we will email you an exchange/returns form and posting instructions. Customers will be asked to use a shipping service or courier that provides tracking. Returns must have a customs form attached on the outside of the parcel and follow the conditions above. Junk LDN is not liable to pay customs, duty and/or vat incurred on returned items. If the customer does not cover these costs, they will be deducted from your refund. Please mark your international return as "uk returned goods". 



We cannot be held responsible for any returns that go missing in the post. We strongly recommend using a tracked and signed service for any returns to avoid this happening. Please always retain your proof of postage. In the event that your return goes missing in the post - we will be able to provide you with a credit note providing you have proof of postage. The proof of postage must state that you returned the item to the correct address within the 14 day window.
