We Ship worldwide. All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days. Once shipped, you will receive an updated shipping email. All items are currently shipped with the Royal Mail first class recorded & tracked for international orders. 

(Please note that due to Brexit order to Europe may take a little longer than usual)

United Kingdom: FREE Royal mail signed service (Next working day delivery)
Europe: £9 Royal mail tracked and signed (7 - 10 days delivery aim)

Rest of the world including New Zealand, Australia, Canada, USA: £10.45 Royal mail tracked and signed (10 - 14 days delivery aim)

 

CLOUD TOTE SHIPPING:

United Kingdom: FREE Royal mail signed service (Next working day delivery)
Europe: £20 Royal mail tracked and signed (7 - 10 days delivery aim)

Rest of the world including New Zealand, Australia, Canada, USA: £20 Royal mail tracked and signed (10 - 14 days delivery aim)

 

 

 Returns Policy

We accept unwashed, unworn and undamaged garments, with tags and hygiene liners attached, for a full refund within 14 days from receipt of the item. Any postage/shipping costs are deducted from the refund. Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund on any items, unless faulty without the hygiene liner attached. 

How to return an item

Please contact info@junkldn.com for any return/exchange requests. We will email you an exchange/returns form, returns address and posting instructions. Unfortunately we are unable to offer freepost returns and it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return. Please ensure your items are securely wrapped so no damage can be caused to the item and the exchange form must be enclosed. When sending the parcel back, please make sure you obtain a proof of postage certificate. Please note if the above conditions are not met we are sadly unable to process your return or refund you.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. We are happy to assist - info@junkldn.com

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

When returning items from outside of the UK please contact info@junkldn.com & we will email you an exchange/returns form and posting instructions. Customers will be asked to use a shipping service or courier that provides tracking. Returns must have a customs form attached on the outside of the parcel and follow the conditions above. Junk LDN is not liable to pay customs, duty and/or vat incurred on returned items. If the customer does not cover these costs, they will be deducted from your refund. Please mark your international return as "uk returned goods". 

 

 LATE RETURNS

If your item arrives back to us outside of the 14 days, we will ask you to provide a proof of postage receipt that shows you posted it back within the 14 day timeframe. Any items that were posted outside of the 14 days will be returned to the customer & not refunded.
