What sizes do you currently offer in the swimwear?

We currently offer sizes XS - XXL. Please visit our full size guide for measurements here.

Can I mix & match styles?

Yes! All our styles are sold separately on the site so you can mix & match between sizes & styles. We also have a full size guide here.

How do I know which size a model is wearing?

For model sizes & swimwear measurements, please visit our size guide. If you have any questions related to sizing please email info@junkldn.com.

What if I am in-between sizes?

If you have measured yourself using our size chart and are in-between sizes, we recommend sizing up to allow for some breathing room as our swimwear is double layered. However, If you do prefer a much tighter fit, then you can size down. 

How does your order process work?

Once you have placed your order on the website you will receive an order confirmation to the email address or phone number you provided.

When will my order be dispatched?

We always aim to get your order out to you as soon as possible (which is usually the next working day) however, please allow up to 3 working days for items to be dispatched to you.

How long will my order take once shipped?

Can I track my order?

If you are an international customer your tracking number will be sent to you once your order is dispatched. You can track your order here


For UK customers, we do not currently offer a tracked service. However, all UK orders are sent via Royal mail 1st class recorded which covers lost items. 

My order is being returned to sender, what happens now?

If you miss the timeframe in which you have been instructed to collect this, your parcel will be returned to sender.


Once it has been received back to us, we will notify you by email and give you the option to receive the item again or receive a refund. If you have missed the deadline for retrieving your parcel and it is being returned to sender, please be advised that the original shipping costs for your order are non-refundable.


If the item has been lost in the post and is not returned to us, we will send you a replacement item or a credit note if the item is no longer available. 

Can I cancel my order?

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. This is only possible if your order is still processing and has not been dispatched. All order cancelations must be sent to us via e-mail quoting your name, order number and full address. We can then cancel your order and refund you. If however your order has been dispatched you will need to return the order to us at your own expense.

Can I amend my order after it has been placed?

If you would like to amend your order please email info@junkldn.com & we will check if it is a possibility. We are unable to amend any orders that have been dispatched.

Who pays duties & taxes?

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs

How do I care for my swimwear?

The swimwear has been crafted at a high quality and will last you for years to come with a little care. We recommend rinsing your swimwear with cold water once you have been for a swim as chlorine and saltwater are both cleaning agents. This could just be a quick cold shower or running it under a tap. 

Always leave your swim to dry in the shade. If your swimwear does need a deeper clean, please hand wash only with cool water & do not iron. 

My order arrived faulty, what should I do?

All orders are carefully checked before they are shipped to you, so we really hope you never experience a fault. However, please always notify us by email info@junkldn.com as soon as you notice the fault & we are happy to assist you with a replacement. If you would like to return the item for a refund we will also cover your postage costs.

Can I return or exchange my order?

If you would like to return an item please email info@junkldn.com within 14 days of delivery and we will provide you with the returns address. 


For exchanges, please email info@junkldn.com within 30 days of delivery.


Please be aware that we are unable to offer free returns & postage charges are payable by the customer. We always recommend using a tracked and signed postal service to ensure your item arrives back safely. We cannot be responsible for return items being lost in the post.

What happens if my return goes missing in the post?

We can not be held responsible for any items that you are returning to us that go missing in the post. We always recommend that you use a tracked and signed service to avoid this from happening. In the event that any items do go missing in the post, please provide us with your proof of postage and we will give you a credit note to the value of the return.
