Returns Policy

UK RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are happy to accept unwashed, unworn and undamaged garments, with tags and hygiene liners attached, for a refund or exchange within 14 days from receipt of the item.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES

    • Items must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order. Any late returns will be sent back to the customer and not refunded.
    • Any shipping/postage fees are deducted from the refund.
    • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unsoiled.
    • All Tags and hygiene strips must be in tact. Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund without these attached.
    • All sale items are exchange only or refundable to store credit.
    • We will deny any refunds if the item returned doesn’t meet the above requirements. 
    • JUNK YARD ITEMS ARE FINAL AND NON RETURNABLE.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items with a 20% or more discount are exchange only. We are happy to exchange a sale item for the same style/value or refund to store credit. Please follow the returns process below. We understand it can be tricky when ordering final sale items so please contact info@junkldn.com if you need any help with sizing. This excludes Items purchased in the Junk Yard sale which are final and non returnable.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Please contact info@junkldn.com with your order number for any return requests. We will email you the returns address and posting instructions. Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer free post returns. We highly recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible  for returns being lost in the post. Once received your refund will be processed back to the payment method used within 7 working days.

 

UK EXCHANGES 

We are happy to accept exchanges within 14 days as long as the above requirements are met. For all exchange request please contact info@junkldn.com for posting instructions.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are happy to accept unwashed, unworn and undamaged garments, with tags and hygiene liners attached, for a refund as long as the above return requirements are met. Sale items with a 20% of more discount are final and not returnable for international orders. Items must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order. Any late returns will be sent back to the customer and not refunded. We do not currently offer exchanges for international orders unless the customer wishes to pay the exchange postage via Paypal. 

When returning items from outside of the UK please contact info@junkldn.com & we will email you the returns address and posting instructions. Customers will be asked to use a shipping service or courier that provides tracking. Returns must have a customs form attached on the outside of the parcel and follow the conditions above. We are not liable to pay customs, duty and/or vat incurred on returned items. 

 

LOST RETURNS

JUNK LDN is not responsible for any returns that are lost in the post if the customer has not used a tracked and signed service. Unfortunately, if the return is lost in the post we are unable to process the refund. If the customer can produce a proof of postage, we can refund the order to store credit only.

 

UNDELIVERABLE POST

Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to us. We will give you the option to receive the item again or cancel & receive a full refund (minus shipping costs) unless the item ordered was a sale item which will be refunded via store credit.
