We are happy to accept returns/exchanges within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund. This excludes items purchased in the last chance & Junk yard sale which are non returnable. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns. 

International customers will also need to pay for the return postage via a tracked postal service. Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer exchanges for international orders.

  • Items must be in their original condition with tags and hygiene strips in tact.
  • Returns must be posted back within 14 days of receiving your order. We are unable to refund any returns sent back outside of this period.
  • Last chance & Junk Yard items are final sale and non refundable. Full priced items purchased with a discount code are eligible for a full refund.
  • If no stock of the requested size is available at the time of receiving your exchange a refund will automatically be processed.
  • All returns are subject to a £5 processing fee that will be deducted form the refund along with any shipping costs.
  • Items must be safely packed to avoid damage in transit and the return request logged via our returns portal.


How to Return/Exchange

Please always use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. Once received, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days. Start your return here. When returning items from outside of the UK we highly recommend using a service that provides tracking as we cannot refund lost returns. Returns must have a customs form attached on the outside of the parcel marked 'returned goods' and follow the conditions above. 

International Exchanges

Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer exchanges for international orders unless the customer wishes to pay the exchange postage via Paypal, please reach out to

Refused / Unclaimed International orders
Any international orders that are returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, unclaimed post or refused by the customer will be refunded via store credit only. We are unable to refund any International orders rejected by the customer. Once the items are returned to us, we will issue you a store credit via email.


Lost Returns

Unfortunately, if the return is lost in the post we are unable to process the refund. We highly recommend using a tracked service and obtaining a proof of postage. In the rare event that the return is lost, you will be able to claim the cost back from the postal service used with your proof of postage.
