RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to accept returns/exchanges within 21 days from the date of delivery for a refund. Last chance sale items are refund to store credit only. This excludes items marked as 'final sale' which are non returnable. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns.

Get a 10% bonus with store credit. We currently offer a 10% bonus for any returns refunded via store credit. The additional amount will be added to your credit which can be used until the balance runs out. This excludes sale items.

Start your return/exchange here. To ensure your return is successful, please note the following eligibility requirements:

  • Items must be in their original condition with tags and hygiene strips in tact.
  • Returns must be posted back within 21 days of receiving your order. We are unable to refund any returns sent back outside of this period. Late returns will be returned to the customer.
  • Last chance sale items are refund to store credit only
  • JUNK YARD items or anything marked as (FINAL SALE) are non refundable. 
  • If no stock of the requested size is available at the time of receiving your exchange a refund will automatically be processed.
  • Shipping costs are deducted from the refund.
  • Items must be safely packed to avoid damage in transit and the return request logged via our returns portal.

 

How to Return/Exchange

Visit our returns portal to start your return. Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer free post returns. Please always use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. Once received, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Start your return/exchange here. When returning items from outside of the UK we highly recommend using a service that provides tracking as we cannot refund lost returns. Returns must have a customs form attached on the outside of the parcel marked 'returned goods' and follow the conditions above. 

 

Refused / Unclaimed International orders
Any international orders that are returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, unclaimed post or refused by the customer will be refunded via store credit only. We are unable to refund any International orders rejected by the customer. We are unable to issue credit / refund for refused orders that are not returned to us by the postal service. Once the items are returned to us, we will issue you a store credit via email.

 

Lost Returns

Unfortunately, if the return is lost in the post we are unable to process the refund. We highly recommend using a tracked service and obtaining a proof of postage. In the rare event that the return is lost, you will be able to claim the cost back from the postal service used with your proof of postage.
