Returns & Exchanges Policy

We hope you love your new purchase, but if you need to return/exchange it for any reason, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Items purchased in the last chance sale are only eligible for exchange or refund to store credit. Junk Yard items are final sale.

Start your return/exchange here. To ensure your return is successful, please note the following eligibility requirements:

  • Returns must be posted back within 14 days of receiving your order. We are unable to refund any late returns posted outside of the 14 day period. Any shipping or postage fees will be deducted from the refund. 

  • Items must be unwashed, unworn, unsoiled and in their original condition with tags intact. Hygiene strips must be in tact for hygiene reasons

  • Please be careful when trying on garments at home, always wear underwear and avoid any tans, oils and creams. 

  • Return requests must be put through the portal. Please do not send your returns back to us without notifying us via the portal as we cannot be held responsible for any lost returns.

We inspect every return carefully and will reject any items that are not in their original condition.



To start your return/exchange, visit our returns portal. Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer free post returns. Please always use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. Once received, your return will be processed within 14 working days. Thank you for shopping with us ♡

No exceptions can be made to this policy so please carefully consider before purchasing or contact if you need help with sizing.



Start your return here. When returning items from outside of the UK we highly recommend using a service that provides tracking as we cannot refund lost returns. Returns must have a customs form attached on the outside of the parcel marked 'returned goods' and follow the conditions above. We are not liable to pay customs, duty and/or vat incurred on returned items. 



Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer exchanges for international orders unless the customer wishes to pay the exchange postage via Paypal. 

Any international orders that are returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or unclaimed post will be refunded to the customer via store credit only.



Unfortunately, if the return is lost in the post we are unable to process the refund. We highly recommend using a tracked service and obtaining a proof of postage. In the rare event that the return is lost, you will be able to claim the cost back from the postal service used with your proof of postage.
