Returns Policy

We hope you love your new purchase, but if you need to return or exchange it for any reason, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that sale items are only eligible for exchange or refund to store credit.

To ensure your return/exchange is successful, please note the following eligibility requirements:

    • Returns/exchanges must be posted back within 14 working days of receiving your order. Any shipping or postage fees will be deducted from the refund.
    • Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition.
    • All tags and hygiene strips must be in tact for hygiene reasons
    • Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer exchanges to international customers, only returns.
    • JUNK YARD items are final sale and non-returnable. 

 

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE

Please contact info@junkldn.com with your order number for any return/exchange requests. We will email you the returns address and posting instructions. Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer free post returns. We highly recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for returns being lost in the post. Once received, your return or exchange will be processed within 10 - 14 working days. SALE ITEMS

All sale items with a 20% or more discount are eligible for exchange or store credit only. If you have any questions about sizing, don't hesitate to contact us at info@junkldn.com – we're here to help. This excludes items purchased in our JUNK YARD which are final sale and non refundable.

 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

When returning items from outside of the UK we highly recommend using a service that provides tracking as we cannot refund lost returns. Returns must have a customs form attached on the outside of the parcel marked 'returned goods' and follow the conditions above. We are not liable to pay customs, duty and/or vat incurred on returned items. 

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer exchanges for international orders unless the customer wishes to pay the exchange postage via Paypal. 

UNCLAIMED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Any international orders that are returned to us due to unpaid customs fees or unclaimed post will be refunded to the customer via store credit only.

 

LOST RETURNS

Unfortunately, if the return is lost in the post we are unable to process the refund. We highly recommend using a tracked service and obtaining a proof of postage. In the rare event that the return is lost, you will be able to claim the cost back from the postal service used with your proof of postage.
