DELIVERY TIMES

Pre-order delivery times can be found under the product you are pre-ordering. We will keep you updated along the way on delivery times and If the item becomes available earlier, we will ship them to you as soon as possible. You will receive our standard shipping email ones your order has been shipped.

DELAYS

Although we are confident that your order will be shipped in time, delivery times may be subject to change or delays. We will notify you straight away if we are unable to ship your order on time and you will have the option to cancel and receive a refund.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as your order has not been shipped. Once shipped, our standard 14 day return police applies.
